Sol et Luna is a dessert focused pop up tasting menu that takes place at different restaurants throughout Minnesota, every season bringing a new, carefully curated menu inspired by the flavors and ingredients of that season. ​Our tasting menu pop up seeks to push the boundaries of traditional menus, with our dessert-focused approach, but we strive to create a well-rounded menu with a variety of flavors and textures with savory courses to start.
